Do Unto Others What Others Do Unto You

Do you know that wordly saying:

do unto others what others do unto you?

So if the person cheats on you then you will also cheat on them?

If they lied to you it means its ok NOT to be honest to them?



That is what the world is doing.



but Jesus said:

Luke 6:31-32
31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them.

If we are honest to ourself and God, then God will surround you with honest person too.

This can also be applied as even if the person is NOT loving but if you will still be loving - she will understand how to love you.



This is really a challenge in our Christian walk:

I mean it's really hard to be friendly to someone who is not friendly themselves but then again that is what Jesus ask us to do. "Do to others as you would have them do to you." (^_^)
