Day time charge is P90 that is from 6:00am to 2:00pm as they said but I saw most of them are going home around 4:00pm. For the overnight stay its P220 from 2:00pm to 12noon the following day.

Forms of Harassment

I was wondering what are the forms of harassment, since I'm a lady maybe I can research more about sexual harassment... Here are my research so basically I copy paste some of my words here but not denying the fact where it came from...

The EEOA (Equal Employment Opportunity Act) put forth some guidelines in order to identify sexual harassment.
Under these guidelines there are two major forms of sexual harassment:

• Quid Pro Quo – This Latin term literally means “something for something”. Under Quid Pro Quo, sexual harassment occurs when an employee (of any gender) must put up with sexual advances to protect or maintain their a) job b) promotion c) wage increase d) favorable performance evaluation.


• Hostile Environment - Sometimes there isn’t a clear “exchange” of sexual favors for job security or promotion. That doesn’t mean that sexual harassment isn’t occurring. If a sexually demeaning and hostile work environment is created, that is also sexual harassment. Methods of creating a sexually demeaning work environment include repeated sexual comments, jokes, posters of nude women (or men), innuendo, and cat calls/shouting. Systematic sexual comments are discriminatory and create a hostile environment for workers.

The best steps to take to report sexual harassment are to tell your immediate supervisor and Human Resources (HR). In the case that the sexual harassment is perpetrated by your boss, go to their superior or straight to HR. If you are discouraged by your boss or HR to file a complaint, keep in mind that you have the right to file such a complaint and the corporation can be taken to court for refusing to address the situation.

“Prevention” is the most excellent tool to eradicate sexual harassment in the office. Employers are expected to take necessary steps in order to avoid sexual harassment from happening. Administration should evidently convey to every officemates/employees that sexual harassment will not be tolerated. They can do so by set up an effective complaint or grievance process and taking urgent and proper action when an employee complains.

Christmas Vacation Leave

December is almost near... I have been waiting for the Vacation Leave... All I wanted was to rest and rest...

Christmas Vacation leave is where we spend most of the time with family/friends classmates reunion because it is also the time where we can consume all our Vacation leave in case you are saving it for important purposes.

I have plans to spend my vacation leave with classmates reunion... hopefully things will be go through as planned.


Anyway to change my topic this morning I received a cute gift from Jean Diaz...Thank you so much Jean (^_^) her gift was simple yet it can touch a heart and this afternoon I received the awaited letter from Nokia (^_^)

None Working Holidays in December

YEY!!! I was happy to hear from ABS-CBN last night that December 1 was none working holiday meaning we have additional of 30% (^_^) if we work... I have to work eh... for more details...

MANILA, Philippines -- December 1, 26, and 29 are non-working holidays, Malacañang has declared.

December 1, a Monday, is nearest to November 30, Bonifacio Day, which falls on a Sunday this year.

The declaration is part of Arroyo’s “holiday of economics” that allows families to have long weekends.

Aside from these dates, the Palace released the list of upcoming holidays for the remainder of 2008, pursuant to Proclamation 1463, which President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo signed last February 18, 2008.

Regular Holidays:
December 25 (Thursday) – Christmas Day
December 30 (Tuesday) – Rizal Day

Special Non-Working Holidays:
December 31 (Wednesday) – last day of the year

Cosplay in SM Davao

The first cosplay was held in Metro Ave., I was there to experience it (^_^) . . . yesterday another Cosplay was held in SM Davao... it started around 4:00pm and Joy's group was on number 2, when I arrive at the said event it was already group #3 going to group #4 waaa I was late (Y_Y) sayang I didn't get a chance to take a group picture with them...

IsisInsights 2nd Mindanao Bloggers Summit in GenSan TOUR

I'm here in Gaisano Mall of GenSan having my lunch in Spazio with Elvie, well I ordered Spazio steak just to savour their name of food ü

Hmmm masarap sya at talagang madaming beef kaysa rice I'm wondering tuloy mahal ba rice sa GenSan? ü or may be I was just use to in Davao mas maraming rice kaysa ulam. I would say my money was well spent (150pesos) eating in this place steak with rice, ice tea and moist cake oh diba! Not to forget the unlimited wifi access :-)
